Could not believe how busy this cafe was! We arrived at about 10:30 in the ‘am’ and waited for over 45 minutes to get a table for two. (Note: I am always happy to wait (if the cafe is “apparently good”) and don’t mind being on shared tables. This photo above was taken approximately one hour after my brunch session, the queue has clearly died down completely. It would appear that the full breakfast menu attracts the people more than the combination lunch and breakfast menu.

Bill’s hot chocolate made with callebaut ($4.50). A very pleasant drink.

I chose the Sweet corn fritters with roast tomato, spinach and bacon. ($18.50) The roast tomato has been hidden behind the fritters as you may have realised. I found this dish to be tasty, but also slightly oily. Because I am a massive chommer, I would have liked to see one more fritter on the plate.
